Description
- Introducing an injury prevention and core stabilization program geared toward runners
- Exercises aimed at targeting muscle groups utilized during running
- Core engagement and stability exercises to assist in preventing injury and allow for healthy running
- Modifications provided based on current fitness level
- This program will complement your weekly mileage, and is provided by Martin Castaldi, DPT, OCS, COMT, CSCS.
- Each session will be performed for 30 minutes in a circuit fashion
- $25 per person for the 6-week program
- Two workouts/week 1) Workout One: In-person: Saturday morning after BB practice. 2) Workout Two: Online workout provided electronically and to be done at home.
