Our son, Cade, was born with severe hemophilia A, a rare bleeding disorder in which his body is missing a critical clotting protein needed to stop bleeding. Without medication, even minor injuries could lead to uncontrolled bleeding, severe pain, permanent joint damage, disability, and potentially death.
Even with access to medication, health insurance, and knowledgeable medical professionals, living with hemophilia is still frightening, overwhelming, and traumatic for our family.
For families in developing countries, the challenges are even greater. Children and adults with bleeding disorders often have little or no access to lifesaving treatment while also living in extreme poverty. Many struggle not only to manage their condition, but also to meet basic daily needs.
That’s why we support Save One Life. Through one-to-one sponsorships for children, scholarships for young adults, and small business grants for mothers and families, Save One Life empowers people to access medical care, transportation, education, and other essential resources — creating hope and opportunity where it’s needed most.
Please help us raise awareness and funds for this incredible mission. Your support today can create a ripple effect that transforms lives, restores dignity, and helps break the cycle of generational poverty for families affected by bleeding disorders around the world.
