Power up your Boilermaker Weekend with a trip to the John S. Dyson New York Energy Zone, Utica's newest attraction, made possible by the New York Power Authority. A state-of-the-art science center with more than 40 interactive exhibits and an eye-popping 3-D movie, the New York Energy Zone is a powerful journey through the past, present, and future of electricity. This fully-immersive, hands-on experience is fun for visitors of all ages. Located next to the Utica Zoo, we are open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Admission and parking are always FREE.
