Milestone Recovery has been a leader in the front lines of substance use disorder treatment since our medically monitored withdrawal opened in 1967. Over the last six decades we have improved and expanded our service offerings to include residential treatment, emergency shelter, housing navigators, HOME Team, and recovery housing.
