About Us
Emergency Culinary Solutions was founded with the goal of delivering rapid-response food service solutions during times of crisis. Since our first deployment after Hurricane Michael, we have built a legacy of providing quality meals to those who need it most, whether in the aftermath of a natural disaster or during major events that require large-scale food logistics. Over the past five years, we’ve expanded our reach to handle complex feeding operations across the U.S., deploying to five major hurricanes and providing relief in recovery zones. 

Our team of professionals operates state-of-the-art mobile kitchens capable of preparing and serving up to 5,000 meals a day. Fully self-sustaining, our units are capable of operating autonomously in the most challenging environments, both domestically and internationally. From one employee to thousands, we can manage food service for any scale of operation, ensuring that no matter the situation, no one goes hungry.
