Riding for Kevin Saint Clair

Thank you for your support last year. We exceeded expectations, and we ride again!!

Last year, I rode this charity event in the memory of Kevin Saint Clair, a friend, coach and teacher, who was struck and killed while riding his bicycle in Philadelphia.  A group of his friends and former teammates rode as Team Kevin Saint Clair.

In our first year as Team Kevin Saint Clair, our fundraising enabled the Foundation to establish a 4-year scholarship for a Philadelphia high school student — a fitting legacy to Kevin, who taught and coached for 30+ years in Philadelphia.

We aim to expand the scholarship, and support more Philadelphia students, but to do so we need more riders and more donors to join Kevin’s team.

The Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation (FBBCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area by providing necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMTs); cultivating positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve; and providing mental and emotional wellbeing resources to first responders and their families. This foundation (FBBCF) has allowed us to create a distinct scholarship program in Kevin's memory and we will continue to support the foundation, by riding and contributing.

Please consider contributing or joining the team. Really, any amount is the right amount.
