Thank you for visiting my RATPOD fundraising page! RATPOD (Ride Around the Pioneers in One Day) is a one-day cycling event that raises money for Camp Mak-A-Dream and this year RATPOD is on its 24th year!! The ride event is on June 21, 2025 in Dillon, Montana.
Cancer touches everyone and this is a chance to support children, young adults and their families. Cancer has affected our family and the lives of our co-workers and friends. My sister, Laurel Grady, died of metastatic breast cancer at the age of 59 in October of 2023, much too early. It was very, very sad to be at her bed side as she passed. If this ride can help one person with their Cancer journey, it is worth the training, the fundraising and the 6 or so hours on the bike.
This ride event supports Camp Mak-A-Dream. Camp Mak-A-Dream provides a safe space and supportive community setting for cancer survivors, providing them with transformative experiences in the breathtaking landscapes of Montana. For over two decades, RATPOD has been the driving force behind Camp Mak-A-Dream's success, making it the largest fundraising event for this extraordinary cause. Cancer can be an overwhelming journey, but together, we have the power to instill hope and dreams in the lives of those affected.
