HSP is lucky to have extremely dedicated volunteers who are always ready to step up and help inside and outside our shelter. Our volunteers help walk dogs, clean cat cages, set up events and SOOO much more! HSP volunteers are truly incredible!

The Humane Society of Pinellas (HSP) is a no-kill animal shelter located in Pinellas County. They are dedicated to providing individualized care for every animal that enters the shelter. They ensure that every treatable animal receives their necessary medical treatment. They promise that no animal will be euthanized for a treatable condition while in their care. Not only is HSP a 99% Live Release Rate shelter but they offer community programs such as the Pet Food Pantry and Senior Pet Connection that ensure pets stay in their homes and do not need to be surrendered to a shelter.
