Louisville Earth Walk Inc. stages an annual walking event in order to: (1) Provide a Louisville-area event to promote the values of sustainability and care for Earth; and (2) to raise funds for the group of environmental non-profits who are stage the event. These non-profits in 2022 are: Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest, Greater Louisville Sierra Club, Kentucky Conservation Committee, Kentucky Interfaith Power and Light, Louisville Grows, Louisville Sustainability Council, Passionist Earth & Spirit Center, Project Warm, OurEarthNow, and the West Jefferson County Community Task Force
