Run With Purpose. Support Face the Fight.
Every mile means more when you run for a cause that truly matters. This year, the San Antonio Marathon is proud to partner with Face the Fight®, a powerful movement dedicated to dramatically reducing veteran suicide and supporting the mental health and resilience of those who’ve served our nation.
Your participation goes beyond the finish line. By choosing to run, donate, or cheer, you’re helping raise awareness and funds for vital programs that make a real difference in the lives of veterans and their families.
Join us on race day and turn your miles into momentum for change. Together, we can face the fight, one step, one story, and one runner at a time.
Face the Fight was launched in 2023 by founding partners USAA, Reach Resilience, and the Humana Foundation. Since then, it has impacted over 1.4 million lives through grant-funded programs, with a goal of saving more than 10,900 veteran lives by 2032. The funds you raise will directly support frontline providers and deliver life-saving resources to communities in need.
