Steiner Electric and the Chicago Electrical Industry (CEI) are proud to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Walk & Roll event because cancer touches all of us in some way. Whether it’s you, a family member, a friend, or a colleague, the impact is far-reaching and deeply personal. Beyond the physical toll, cancer brings significant financial strain, emotional challenges, and disruption to everyday life for both patients and their loved ones.
While much of the focus is on finding a cure—and rightfully so—the American Cancer Society also works to address these often-overlooked challenges. Their efforts help provide support, resources, and relief for those navigating the difficult journey that comes with a diagnosis.
We understand that everyone has causes that are meaningful to them. Our hope is simple: if you’re able to get involved in any way, please consider doing so. That could mean joining the walk on May 30th, making a donation, or both—whatever feels right for you.
One thing most of us can agree on is that cancer affects too many lives. If participating in this event helps move us even a little closer to better treatments, stronger support systems, or ultimately a cure, then it’s worth being part of.
