Innate Yoga was created by Amanda Losch
Amanda is a trail and ultra runner and as been an athlete her whole life. Initially, she turned to yoga for physical relief from running-related injuries. As yoga became a part of her routine, she started to notice more than just physical benefits. Sleeping better, being more present and focused, and overall happier were among the few! This spoke to her and she decided that she wanted to become a yoga teacher to help others to stay fluid, prevent injuries and find inner peace through yoga practice. She encourages everyone to come to their mat with the intention to be their best and honor their body.

In addition to physical benefits of yoga, she strongly believes in the benefits of pranayama (yoga breath) and meditation. She loves to teach others how to incorporate them into their daily life for overall wellness.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University. She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training at Inhale Exhale School of Yoga; 300hr yoga teacher & Children’s yoga teacher trainings through My Vinyasa Practice, and Yoga Sports Coach certification through Institute of Yoga Sports Science. She is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Behavioral Change Specialist and Nutrition Coach. She is a certified Brain Longevity Instructor through Alzheimers Prevention and Research Foundation. She is also trained in Women’s Health (Yoga Medicine), Mindful Yoga Therapy and is currently a Yoga Therapy student with Breathing Deeply.

“It’s called a yoga practice, not a yoga perfect.”
