GRAYLING IS NAMED AFTER THE GRAYLING FISH WHICH WAS ONE OF THE MOST PREVALENT FISH IN THE TOWN’S RIVERS AND LAKES, THE GRAYLING FISH HAS NOW BEEN REPLACED WITH THE TROUT AND IS KNOWN TO RESIDE WITHIN THE HOLLY WATERS.
