Refund Policy
BIKE VIRGINIA will NOT issue refunds for any reason, including medical. There will be NO exceptions.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you protect your travel investment with an inexpensive Event insurance policy. You can purchase insurance from any travel agent, or online during registration.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another rider. The new rider may incur a transfer fee. Alternatively, you may convert your registration fees into a tax-deductible donation (we are a 501c3 non-profit)
Processing fees are non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine. We are not responsible for inclement weather or force majeure.
