1. This will be my 30th year to attend the 5K for Health fundraiser! I haven't missed ANY! Rain or shine, I am there!!
2. It is my 33rd wedding anniversary on Saturday, May 4th!!
3. This year, you can bring your dog(s) to walk or run.
The 5K for Health is Saturday, May 4 at Southwick Stadium in Belton, MO and raises money for Cass Community Health Foundation's safety net dental clinic, Cass County Dental Clinic. When you donate to my fundraising page, you will help Cass Community Health Foundation provide quality dental care for children and teens who otherwise couldn't afford it. Thanks for your support!
