NICA GRIT
NICA GRiT is a national mountain biking program that aims to increase our female-identifying population to 33% by 2023. Our focus is on recruitment and retention of girls and female coaches in all 31 NICA leagues. By providing skill development, promoting positive physical health, confidence and providing female coach training, NICA’s goal is to provide a fun, safe and competitive environment for young women to thrive.
