All registration must be completed ONLINE. On-site registration is NOT available. Registration is OPEN until 30 minutes prior to the Start of the Race. Or until we reach race capacity
Girls on the Run, STRIDE Participants and Coaches
Please Do Not Register for the 5K. Your race registration was included in your program registration.
RunBuddies for Student Participants in Girls on the Run and STRIDE
Please use the Registration link provided by your coach to register for the 5K. Please reach out to your coach if you need assistance with your RunBuddy Registration.

The EmergeOrtho 5K is a celebration of our Girls on the Run, Heart & Sole, and STRIDE participants year end accomplishments! This fun and festive atmosphere brings us all together to celebrate friends, family and wellness!
Public runners are welcome, and encouraged, as this race provides much needed scholarships for future Girls on the Run and STRIDE participants. Join our boys and girls, grades 3rd-8th, as they celebrate their accomplishments of the season!

ALL Girls on the Run/STRIDE and Heart and Sole Student participants will receive a program shirt, but you may add a race T-shirt or Tank during your own registration. All other registrants will pick between a tank or t-shirt during registration.
RACE SCHEDULE
PRE RACE - PACKET PICK UP
For general runners, running buddies and Girls on the Run/STRIDE coaches. For a quick and easy packet pick up experience, please know your bib number when you arrive.
Packet pick up location: EmergeOrtho, 3787 Shipyard Blvd
Thursday, May 14th: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Friday, May 15th: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
*You may have friends and family pick up for you. If you have a group of 10 or more participants please email Renee@racefullsend before noon on Thursday.
RACE DAY - PACKET PICK UP
Last chance for packet pick up at Race Village
Saturday, May 16th: 7:00am - 8:00 am
General runners pick up packets at the blue Full Send Racing tent
*GOTR/STRIDE program participants (students only)- when you arrive at the track please report directly to the GOTR/STRIDE Celebration Zone where you will find your school. Your coach will have your race bib available for you to pick up. All Run Buddies should go to Packet Pickup (if you did not pick up on Thursday or Friday) and then meet your student in the Celebration Zone.
