We are incredibly grateful for our over 100 Volunteers, Sponsors and local City Sheriffs and CHP who make up our Cycle for Hope Ride Support team. Their sole purpose is to keep our riders safe, make sure they know the way to go and encourage them along the way!

Volunteers

Volunteers will be stationed around all three courses. They will be assisting with traffic lights, directions, warning of hills, crosswalks, blind spots and traffic. They will have course maps on hand to assist you if needed. All Volunteers are invited to enjoy the After Party Celebration after they finish volunteering!

We have some entertainment planned along the ride at a few of our Stations. As you ride along the St Gertrudis bike path you’ll be greeted by the Chaparral High School Band as you cruise by the football field. Along the path adjacent to Nicolas Road you’ll be greeted by the Great Oak High School Band at both Voorburg Park and Joseph Park. Joseph Park is the turnaround point for the 15 mile Community Ride. Stop for a minute and enjoy the music and support our High School Bands!
For those of you on the Quarter and Half Century Rides we have Gardner Middle School Band at the Rest Stop at Pauba Ridge Park. A perfect stop to take a little break and rejuvenate yourself for the remainder of your rides.
