Chemo Buddies HOPEFEST 2024

Chemo Buddies serves over 250 patients in the treatment room every day. We provide free wigs to women experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment at our wig shop, Karen’s Wig Shop.  Through our Shuttle Buddies program, we provide free rides to patients to cancer related appointments.  These are both 100% free regardless of income!

Chemo Buddies offers non traditional support groups for everyone affected by cancer.  We have an all women’s group, The Mermaid Squad, that is for women in or out of treatment, caregivers, and volunteers.  They meet monthly for a fun activity.  We also have Parent Buddies.  This is a group for families who have a parent that has received a cancer diagnosis.  They meet quarterly for a family fun day!

We are a 100% local charity that serves patients in multiple counties surrounding Evansville, IN.

You donations stay right here in the community to provide comfort and companionship to those who are going through long days of treatment, free wigs to women, and free transportation to appointments.
