We are excited to announce that this event will support the Maizie Beckhusen's open heart surgery.
Maizie is a beautiful, spunky, two year old. Her laugh is contagious and she’s such a fighter. For Maizie by the first look, you’d never know there is something inside wrong with her. But with that comes a lot of “blues”. When Maizie baths, sleeps, cries, gets cold, or even randomly becomes blue/purple in color due to her heart not circulating the correct way. There are days we find her completely purple and it’s very scary.
In the last 9 months, we have already gained $16K in medical bills which becomes overwhelming.
We have decided to move forward with fundraisers & a benefit in the future, but that is taking tons of planning and networking. If you or someone can help, donate, please reach out as we need all the help we can get.
