The Asservo Project (TAP) is a Pittsburgh based 501c3 that works to combat human trafficking and child exploitation locally, nationally and across the globe. TAP works to educate and bring awareness to the issues of human trafficking and child exploitation to try to put a stop to the crime before it can be perpetrated. Through our education initiatives we are empowering students and communities to recognize the signs of human trafficking and child exploitation, and to take preventative measures to protect themselves and others on social media. Their hope is that through awareness and empowerment individuals and communities will have more awareness and empowerment to stop the victimization before it starts. For those being exploited or groomed, that they will have the language to express what is happening to them to either authorities or a trusted adult. And for the communities and organizations to be able to take a uniformed stance against human trafficking and child exploitation, and be aware of the factors of grooming and exploitation to better support the recovery and impact on survivors, their families and the community as a whole. 

The Asservo Project works to provide cyber services to identify and track traffickers and predators, compile actionable information and then provide the information to appropriate law enforcement agencies. They work to be a force multiplier, to help support the efforts of law enforcements and other non-profits working to disrupt this criminal epidemic.
