- Transition opens 5:30am
- Warmup opens 6:30am

- First main wave starts 7:00am
All events start and finish at 380 Witherspoon St, Princeton, NJ 08542.
PARKING
Primary parking on 372 Witherspoon St, Princeton, NJ 08542. Volunteers will be present to direct traffic.
Packet Pickup / Registration Instructions
Registration is digital. There are no paper applications and cash is not accepted. Online registration closes at the start of the race.
Packet pickup will begin at 5:30am on race day. Please have the following items easily accessible at that time:
- Proof of ID
- USAT membership ID
Starting Waves
There will be a varying amount of time in between each wave and 10 seconds in between each swim start. Althetes are to self-sort themselves into waves upon registration
Wave 1 (purple cap) - Paratriathlon athletes.
Wave 2 (green cap) - Experienced swimmers (expected time < 6 minutes), and all duathlon.
Wave 3 (yellow cap) - Average swimmers (expected time > 6 minutes).
Wave 4 (red cap) - Inexperienced swimmers (not expecting fast time).
Wave 5 (orange) - All youth triathletes.
Race day water temperature: TBD
Depending on the race day water temperature, wetsuits may or may not be allowed. For more info, see bellow for the official USAT wetsuit rules:
- 78°F or below: participants may wear wetsuits.
- 78.1°F - 83.9°F: participants may wear wetsuits but will not be eligible for awards
- 84°F or above: participants may NOT wear wetsuits

Princeton High School Triathlon Club
The PHS Triathlon Club has been the high school state champion for the past 2 years and has over 50 active members. The goal of the club over its 3 years of existence has been to break barriers for multisport competition and foster a supportive environment for all youth athletes.
