BARR's Mental Health Awareness Month Challenge

Mon May 1 - Wed May 31

Description

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and BARR is joining the national movement to raise awareness about mental health. During May, we are challenging all BARR team members to move "One Mile a Day to Keep the Stress Away".

Our goal for this year's Mental Health Awareness Month Challenge is to support each other in our personal journeys to overall health. Your BARR Resource Groups will share wellness information, resources and stories throughout the month and highlight topics around Mental Health America's 2023 theme of "Look Around, Look Within".

We challenge you to log one mile of movement every day in May - you can walk, run, bike, roller skate - whatever activity that makes you want to get moving!

Our Mental Health Month programming is a collaboration of the BARR Resource Groups.
