**Registration begins @ 5:45 pm
**Events start @ 6:30 pm

EVENTS INCLUDE:
Long Jump, Shot Put, Discus, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, Mile, 2-Mile , and 4x100m relay
**Events may be added or removed based on interest, registration and weather.

WHO IS IT FOR:
Open to all ages and ability levels.
**Meets will be officiated by members of the Cumberland Valley Athletic Club + volunteers.

ADULTS - $4 PER EVENT
STUDENTS - FREE

Ribbons to all contestants.
Sports Drinks + Frozen Treats provided

NOTE:
**Participants are encouraged to bring their own batons, starting blocks and throwing implements. The track surface is “all weather”, spikes should not be longer than 1/4 inch
