I understand that running or walking in a race is a potentially hazardous activity, and my participation is entirely voluntary.  I acknowledge that I should not enter the event unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely compete in the walk/run.  I assume all risks related to running or walking in the event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and conditions of the surface, the course I select, or the event I participate in:  ALL such risks being known, acknowledged and accepted by me.  Having read this release and knowing these facts, in consideration of my entry being accepted, I on behalf of myself, any family members that I invite to participate with me, and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Associated Banc-Corp, all of its subsidiary or related companies (collectively “Associated Bank”), Associated Bank employees, the United Way, the race officials, sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of participation in this event.  By my signature, I also grant permission to Associated Bank to use any photographs, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate business purpose.
