CLASH Waiver
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Old Florida Gravel event, I agree to assume all risks inherent in participation in such program, whether they are apparent to me or not, I certify that I am in good physical health and fit to participate. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive, indemnify and release, for myself and for my heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities which may hereafter accrue against CLASH USA, LLC, All-Tech Raceway, their parent, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliate companies and their respective shareholders, officers, directors, managers, members, agents, employees, trustees, receivers, successors, sponsors, assigns, Lake City (the “Released Parties”), and RunSignup.com, that may arise as a result of my participation in the Old Florida Gravel event November 8-9, 2025, including any and all claims for personal injuries caused by the negligence of a Released Party.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS ASSUMPTION OF RISK WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE RELEASED PARTIES.

Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of these events for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, without monetary payment to me. (This information is protected by the Privacy Act).

This event follows the standard running industry policy: All entry fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my entry fee is nonrefundable and bib numbers are non transferable.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.

ALL- TECH Raceway Waiver

In consideration of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work for, or participate in anyway, in the events or being permitted to enter for any purpose, any restricted area (defined as any area requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area to which Admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited) each of the undersigned, for himself, his personal representatives, errors, and next of kin.

 Acknowledge, agrees, and represents that he has or will immediately upon entering any of such restricted areas, and will continuously there after in respect the restricted areas which he enters, and he further agrees and warrants that, in any state, he is in or about restricted areas and he deems anything to be unsafe, he will immediately advise the officials of such and will leave the restricted areas and/are refuse to participate further in the event(s)

Hereby releases, waves, discharges, and covenants, do not sue the promoters, participants, racing associations, sanction organization, or any subdivision there of, track operators, track owners, officials, car owners, drivers, pit crew, rescue personnel, any persons in any restricted area, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners, and operators of premises paid to conduct the event, premises and inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants, and others who give recommendations, directions or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises of events, and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purposes herein released to as "Realesees" from All Liability to the undersigned, his personal representatives, agents, heirs, and next of kin for any and all lossor damage and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person or property or resulting in death of the undersigned arising out of related to the events, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.
