I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and run unless I’m medically able and properly trained. I 
also know that, although police protection will be provided, there will be traffic on the course. I assume the risk of running in traffic. I also assume any 
and all other risks associated with running this event including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather and 
the conditions of the roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I hereby relinquish any and 
all claims for myself, my heirs, executors, administrations or anyone else who might claim on my behalf covenant not to sue, and waive, release and 
discharge the City of Merriam, Turkey Creek Festival Committee, Red Dirt Race management, local businesses, and each of their agents, representatives, 
officers and employees for liability and I further agree to save and hold harmless said parties against any cost, loss, injury or damage to person or 
property that may arise by virtue of the undersigned engaging in the Turkey Creek Festival 5k Run, Walk & Youth Sprint
