Whether you are interested in getting healthy, running your first race, improving the run on your tri, or qualifying for the Boston Marathon—our running coaches are 100% invested in you and your goals. There are few things better than lacing up your running shoes and tackling a new goal head-on. And there are certainly fewer things better than the adrenaline rush after pushing through your toughest mile or blowing your personal record out of the park.
Our coaching service offers a unique training opportunity that includes coaching and training in both a team-centered and private atmosphere. Our programs are designed for you, and our goal is to guide you to your potential. Beyond accountability and motivation, our group programs are open, positive and supportive.
Monthly coaching services through Without Limits is available for every level of athlete. Coach Victoria and Coach Matthew will sit down to discuss each athletes needs and goals before developing a race specific training block for the individual athlete.
Each training block will include base training, weekly training runs, interval sessions, longer training runs, strength training exercises, and weekly rehab and recovery sessions to make sure you are healthy throughout the training block to the starting line!
As a former All-American track and cross country athlete in college and National Champion in High School, coach Victoria has several insights on the dynamics of runners and the needs that each athlete will have over the competitive season. Having worked with high school athletes over the last 6 years she is developing a system to support individual athletes with dynamic workouts and training plan consultation.
We will be offering Winter and Summer Conditioning with an option to participate in indoor and outdoor track meets. Summer training is essential to Cross Country Success. We will be focusing on tempo, hill, agility, and strength work during this training session. During the Indoor season we will be working on speed , pacing , and strength to be ready for a great outdoor season.
Without Limits is the sponsor coaching program of the Upstate Running Club that offers FREE training services and races to children in the upstate ages 6-12. Running gets kids outdoors, helping them to build strong bodies and increasing their overall energy. At Without Limits, we embrace this energy, by sharing our love of running with young athletes. Our fun, yet challenging environment promotes hard work and instills the notion that there's, “no limit” to the things you can do. Our goal is to bring our passion of running to the youth of the Upstate by providing FREE organized runs, training sessions, and racing opportunities throughout the year.
