The Hero's Journey 5k is completely run and operated by volunteers. We couldn't hold such a successful event without the help and support of the community.

Before the run, there is a lot of work and set-up that goes into making the event a smooth success. Assistance is needed with registration, course and general event setup, and much more!

The Hero's Journey 5k is completely run and operated by volunteers. We couldn't hold such a successful event without the help and support of the community.

An essential part of any run are the volunteers who help make the course safe by monitoring and guiding runners through it. In this role, you might be placed along the trail to cheer on runners and ensure they are going the right way. You may also be asked to help hand out water, snacks, and medals.

It is important that we leave the event space in better condition than when we arrived. In this role you might be asked to help break down equipment, clean up the space, load up cars, and more.
