Help us set up for the event. Will need you at 6:30-8am

Setting up Tents, Putting out Trash Cans, Filling tubs with water and ice.
Unloading cars
Help set up the finish line inflatable
Help where ever needed before event

Clean Up High Priority

November 16, 2024

Details

Help us clean up the park after the event. Will need you at 9:30 am until around 11 - 11:30am. Arrive early for we don’t know when event will complete.
1. Make sure there is no trash laying around
2. Make sure Bathrooms do not have any trash
3. Put Cardboard Trash Cans into dumpster
4. Help any sponsors/vendors pick up, load cars, take down tents if needed.
5. Help wherever needed until everything is taken down.
*** Any Trash laying around needs to end up in the large dumpsters ***

Course Monitors Low Priority

Details

The course is a little confusing and participants may not know which direction to run/walk/trot. You will be stationed around the course to guide participants in the correct direction as they make their laps around.

You will be needed by 8:50am until around 10:30-11am (when all participants are complete)

(May want to bring a chair if you would like to sit)

Bake Sale Table High Priority

Details

You will stand or bring a chair and sit at the Bake Sale Table and sell items.

Will need volunteers between 7:45am until around 10:30-11am (when all participants are complete or items are sold out)

Totally Teal Tattoo Station Medium Priority

Needed by 7:45am until around 11am (when event is over)

Photo Booth Attendent Medium Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Will need you to hang out at the Photo Booth to help participants take their picture. Keep up with the crowd and those in line to take pictures. Make sure everyone gets a turn then can get back in line for additional turns.

Registration Table High Priority

You must be 12 or older to volunteer for this task.

You will help hand out participants run packets, sell any merchandise, register any late participants.
Answer any questions.

Must arrive at 7am and stay until race begins around 9am.

Parking Attendant High Priority

Details

Will need to sit at the parking driveway where the Fire Trucks will be set up and block. Will need to direct traffic to next lot and watch for fire trucks to arrive. Can not have anyone parking in the Start Line lot or in the way of the fire trucks.

Arrive at 6:30am - 9:00am (Will need to stay until Fire Trucks arrive and are in place.)

NCL Sienna or Others will earn 2.5 Hours
(May want to bring a chair if you would like to sit when possible.)

Start Line Coordinators Medium Priority

Details

Help gather participants when Run is about to start. You to move everyone to the start line. Answer any questions they may have.

You are needed at 8:30am to go over requirements until after race starts and all participants have left the start line around 9:30am
