Meet Sweep3 at the end of your shift so that Sweep3 knows that they can begin their shift. RD will provide contact info for Sweep1, Sweep3, and Aid Station #1 captain prior to the race.

Ride the course behind the last rider, report concerns to RD, pick up signage if you are still able to stay with the last rider, have fun. Begin at Aid Station #1 Deer Valley Silver Lake (mile 30 of the course). Check in with the Captain at Aid Station#1 when you arrive. Meet Sweep2 so that you know which racer is the last racers. Ride with the last racer all the way up to Aid Station 2 PCMR (mile 55 of the course). Total of 25+/- miles with the back of pack racers.

The cutoff time at Aid Station #2 PCMR is 3:30pm. Any racer who does not LEAVE Aid Station #2 by 3:30pm will be cut from the race. You will likely arrive with the last racer AFTER the cutoff time. Aid Station #2 will probably be taken down when you arrive, please plan accordingly.

Text the RD when you arrive at Aid Station #2 to confirm the final racer made it to PCMR and knows they have been cut from the race.

RD will provide contact info for Sweep2 prior to the race.

Course Rider - Sweep4

Ride the course behind the last rider, report concerns to RD, pick up signage if you are still able to stay with the last rider, have fun. Bring a few lights for yourself and the last riders who might finish after dark (yes...seriously).

Arrive at Aid Station #2 PCMR (mile 55 of the course) at 3:00pm, ready to ride. Check in with race staff when you arrive. The cutoff time at Aid Station #2 PCMR is 3:30pm. Any racer who does not LEAVE Aid Station #2 by 3:30pm will be cut from the race (staff will take care of cutting racers). You will start riding out from Aid Station #2 at exactly 3:30pm with the last racer. Ride all the way to the finish line (mile 76 of the course). Total of 21+/- miles with the back of pack racers.

Remove flagging tape, duct tape, and signs (pack it out). Strategically move painted rocks to be hidden, out of the way of the trail, but accessible for future years course markings.
