On Sunday, July 20, 2025 I'm riding my bicycle 65+ miles as part of the 38th Annual The Ben to the Shore Bike Tour, which supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation! We depart from the base of the Ben Franklin Bridge in Center City Philadelphia and head generally east/southeast to Atlantic City. I am doing this for what is now my ninth year in support of the families of fallen first responders. Nobody can ever give more than these brave men and women.
This cause is close to my heart, my daughter is on duty as a law enforcement first responder. I'm out here to honor her service, commitment and strength, raise money for these amazing charities, and show everyone what ol' cop dad can do. (You already know, I got this.) I have a stretch money goal of $2500 in 2025.With your help, this can be the best year ever! Your donations make it happen for these families!

The Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation (FBBCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. We achieve this by providing necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMTs) and cultivating positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve.
