At just 39 years old, Jamie via was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic triple negative breast cancer that has spread to her lymph nodes and lungs—despite having no family history. After discovering a lump that was initially dismissed, Jamie credits HerScan, a mobile ultrasound provider, for saving her life through early detection. She’s now partnering with HerScan to host three additional screening pop-ups this year at Pure Barre Charlottesville to raise awareness and encourage early screenings for others. As Jamie puts her business on hold to focus on treatment, your tax-deductible donation to her 501(c)(3) will provide crucial support for her family, allowing her to prioritize healing and spend meaningful time with her husband and children. Donations will also help fund integrative therapies to complement chemotherapy and ease side effects as Jamie fights this battle.
