Lisa is an accomplished Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel and Engineer Officer, notable for being the first Army Reserve female to graduate from Ranger School. With 7 years of active duty and 10 years in the reserve, Lisa has served in multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, earning prestigious accolades including the Bronze Star Medal and the Meritorious Service Medal.

A proud graduate of West Point, Lisa combines military leadership with a passion for writing, authoring the book "Delete the Adjective," which reflects Lisa's commitment to clarity and precision in communication. Through military service and literary contributions, Lisa continues to inspire and empower others.
