I am excited to participate in the 39th Annual The Ben to the Shore on Sunday, July 26, 2026, which supports the Families Behind the Badge Children's Foundation!
To all visiting this page to donate, thank you!!! For those of you who weren't aware, up until about 8 years ago, due to a bad biking accident when I was 12, I would have a panic attack just sitting on a bicycle. But my amazing husband and friends helped me to face this fear and even come to love riding. This is my third time participating in this valuable and amazing event, and I hope to continue for many more years. Our police (and their families) face real dangers (not just crashing a bike) every single day and deserve every single penny of our support. Thank you so much for supporting me in support of our officers and their family support systems!
The Families Behind the Badge Children’s Foundation (FBBCF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to improving the lives of children in the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. We achieve this by providing necessary financial relief for the families of fallen or critically injured first responders (police officers, firefighters, EMTs); cultivating positive relationships and interactions between police officers and the children in the communities they serve; and providing mental and emotional wellbeing resources to first responders and their families.
