We’re 5K-ing with purpose—and with Owen in our hearts!

At the start of the pandemic, our friends learned that their sweet 5-year-old son, Owen, had DIPG—the deadliest form of pediatric brain cancer. There was no cure. Despite everything the Shaker and Petrazelka families did to fight for him, they lost Owen a mere six months later.

We’re joining the RunTough for ChadTough Defeat DIPG 5K to honor Owen and help fund the research that could lead to a cure. Our hope is simple: that no other family has to endure the heartbreak of DIPG.

If you know us, you know how much this means. Every donation—big or small—goes directly to the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to finding treatments and cures for childhood brain tumors.
