Many studies show that morning exercise promotes better mood, but did you know it also increases attentiveness and focus and decreases impulsivitiy? What does that mean for your child??? It means a happpier, more productive day at school. San Diego Cooperative Charter School Running Club is ALWAYS free and available to join at any time. We invite you to come out and run, walk, job, skip or leap with us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am - 8:20am. Parents are always welcome!
