Join us for the sophmore season of Southern Delaware Women's Multisport in 2023!

Inspired by West Chester Women's Multisport in Pennsylvania, and focused on engaging women in Southern Delaware and surrounding areas, Southern Delaware Women's Multisport is a brand new, volunteer led and member driven non-profit club.

All abilities. All ages*. All backgrounds.  All are welcome. 

One sport athletes, Multisport athletes.  All are welcome.

Runners, walkers,  swimmers, triathletes, century cyclists, beach cruiser bikers, kayakers, paddleboarders, etc.  All are welcome. 

Whether you're considering a 5k, marathon swim or a seasoned Ironman triathlete?  This group is for you.  

This club provides connections to other athletes in Southern Delaware and surrounding areas, coaching and training activities, mentoring and team comradery at local events. Our team members volunteer to support local races and charities.

We hold clinic's once a quarter which are free to club members.  In March, we held a swim clinic coached by Mack Henderson of French Creek Racing.  In June, we held a bike skills, nutrition and strength/conditioning clinic with Becky & Nick of Weights and Plates Endurance.   

*all members must be at least 18 years old

All 2023 members registered by February 15th will receive a club T-shirt & swim cap. Members joining after that time will be provided T-shirts if extras are available.  T-shirts & swim caps must be picked up in Bethany Beach by November 15th, 2023 or they will be donated/given away.
