This year we are partnering with our friends at Junction 311 who have a fun Halloween themed race every year! This race offers both a 5k AND 10k which means we can offer a 5k & 10K training program too!!!!! The 5k training program will consist of 3 different groups, walkers, intervals and distance and the 10k training program will consist of 2 groups, intervals and distance. Since this is a Halloween themed race, GRC is known to wear a group costume for the race. Please let us know if you have any suggestions! 

Start Date: August 6th, 2024 
Details: Tuesday and Thursdays at 615pm 

The training program costs $60 for NEW members / $40 for existing members - payment can be made on the membership tab :-D 

We will meet two nights a week for 12 weeks. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 615pm. Tuesdays we will meet with the rest of the club at Steel Hands Brewing (1918 W. Gate City Blvd). Thursday's we will meet at various locations such as Country Park, the A&Y Greenway and local tracks. 

Registration will give you membership to GRC for the remainder of 2024 and all the glory that comes, which include but are NOT limited to discounts with Trivium Racing, Junction 311, Coastal Races and  at both Fleet Feet locations. You will also get a tech shirt and of course the confidence to complete our goal race.

The goal race is Hit the Brixx 10k/5k (cost of the race is NOT included in registration). Fun fact, this race is set up so you could attempt to run BOTH the 10k and the 5k!! See the link below for more details!
