Membership Levels

Individual

For individuals. Good for the calendar year.

Discounts of 15% on items at Playtri Rockwall, except for bikes, wheels, and cycling computers. Garmin computers are 10% off. Other discounts may be available from sponsors or from bike manufacturers if available.
Team kit is available for purchase.

Family

For families of up to 5 individuals of any age who live together. Good for the calendar year.

Please note that by registering for membership in RRT, you are also agreeing to the following:

RRT is a USAC registered cycling club (as Rockwall Racing) located in and around Rockwall/Dallas, Texas, and is organized as a Texas non-profit corporation, Rockwall Cycling Club, Inc. (“RCC”). RCC has certain expectations for membership, including those as set forth in the RCC Bylaws and Code of Conduct.

By signing this application, I agree to meet these expectations and agree that my failure to do so may result in cancellation of my membership determined by majority vote of the RCC board of directors and in their sole discretion.

Team Code of Conduct:

RRT exists  to  promote  positive  lifestyle  choices,  fitness  and  competition  through  recreational  and 
competitive cycling in Rockwall County and beyond. 

As a member of this team I commit to: 

1. Complying  with  all  applicable  road  rules,  including  but  not  limited  to:  obeying  road  signs,  use  of  hand signals,  riding  no  more  than  two  abreast  and  switching  to  single  file  when  road  conditions  or  traffic dictates,  wearing  an  approved,  properly  fitted  and  secured  helmet  at  all  times.  I  will  not  respond  in  an aggressive or threatening manner in any interaction with other road users. 

2. Abiding by all USA Cycling license conditions, particularly those pertaining to prohibited substances. 

3. Using the https://www.globaldro.com/US/search tool to verify any supplement that I consume.  

4. Representing myself, my team, my sponsors, and my sport in a positive manner.  

5. Displaying good conduct and a professional demeanor at all cycling and non‐cycling events while 
representing  RRT. This includes but is not limited to event sites, travel, accommodation (private and public) and social functions. 

6. Respect and encourage all teammates and competitors regardless of ethnic origin, religion, gender, skill, 
or experience level. 

7. Treating all riders, sponsor staff (especially RRT), teammates, race promoters, race volunteers and media with the greatest respect. 

8. Thanking at least one event official every time I compete. This courtesy should also extend to competitors. 

9. Wearing team kit at all race events and group rides. The wearing of team kit on solo training rides is also 
strongly encouraged as a return to our sponsors. 

10. Aiming to attend all race events, training sessions, or team functions on time. 

11. Identifying myself as a member of the team whenever I visit, or interact, with any sponsor and thanking a senior staff member for their support. 

12. Refraining from making any negative or inflammatory comments on social or electronic media. 

13. Registering my USA Cycling license, and BikeReg, team as “RRT” and linking it to the team web 
page https://www.facebook.com/RockwallRacing or https://rrt.bike  . 

14. Making Playtri Rockwall (Rockwall Cycling), or Playtri, my first priority for all cycling purchases. 

15. Not soliciting sponsorship or committing team resources to events without prior permission from the
board.
