Individual Membership
Monthly Coaching: $53.00/month
- Virtual coaching plan

5K Training Program (3.1 miles): $119/For total 9 weeks (2 months plus 1 week additional for culminating race)
- 9 week program for single fee
- Everything listed under monthly coaching
- Long run or track workout 1 x week with coach (local only; virtual for everyone else)
- Culmination with target race at end of program (this is week 9)
Half-Marathon (13.1 miles): $160.00/3 month program
- 3 month program for single fee
- Everything listed under monthly coaching
- Long run or track workout 1 x week with coach (local only; virtual for everyone else)
- Culmination with target race at end of program
Full Marathon (26.2 miles): $288.00/6 month program
- 6 month program for single fee
- Everything listed under monthly coaching
