Tuesdays at 6:00 PM - Tuesday Track Workout: Join members for our weekly coached workout. Our workout promptly starts at 6 pm and it is strongly advised to warm up beforehand. Each workout begins with Coach Ken leading us through six to eight running drills.
Our location changes depending on time of year and other events scheduled at the track. Our usual outdoor track is Sparky Adams/Parker Field or Kunz field at UB North Campus. In the winter we run at Delaware Park’s Ring Road or UB’s indoor track at Alumni Arena. Members are notified of location in weekly email.
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM - Mister Goodbar: Join the Goodbar Sessioneers for their group run from Mr Goodbar.
Sunday at 8:00 AM - Sunday Runday: Join runners for a 5 or 10 mile group run from Delaware Park or occasionally Chestnut Ridge Casino. Members are notified of location in weekly email.
Our club is an affiliate member of the RRCA. Through the RRCA, we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
