May 25, 2024, TRI Clear Lake; Clear Lake State Park Beach; Clear Lake, Iowa; 800am time trial start - limited to 750 participants; Sprint Triathlon 750 meter Swim, 12.4 mile Bike, 3.1 mile Run. Olympic Distance: 1,500-meter swim, 24.8-mile bike, and 6.2-mile run (Heart of America Series) (USAT)
They have a Kid's Splash & Dash on Friday evening - bring your 7 to 15 year-olds to experience the thrill. 

June 2, 2024, Pigman Sprint and Olympic Triathlon is one of the MWX club's most popularly attended races!  MWX is proud to be a sponsor and many members volunteer in the MWX after-race Food Tent.  Pleasant Creek State Recreation Area (Palo, IA); 730am age group time trial starts, this event sells out very quickly - limited to 750 participants Sprint distance is .5K swim, 25K bike and 5K run; Olympic distance is 1-mile swim, 26-mile bike, and 10K run.  (Heart of America Series) (USAT) This event also includes an Aquabike and a Duathlon competition!
Its a great opportunity for our triathlon families to meet and get to know each other - we'll see everyone there!

June 9, 2024, Des Moines Ironman 70.3 Triathlon; Des Moines, IA; 700am starts; 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, 13.1-mile run.  The Midwest Xtreme Triathlon Club placed 5th overall in 2021.  When you register (and edit your existing registration) - make sure you say you are on the "Midwest Xtreme Triathlon Club" team...

June 23, 2024, Ames Sprint Triathlon; Ames, IA at Ada Hayden Park; 800am time trial starts; 750-meter swim, 15.5-mile bike, 3.1-mile run. (Heart of America Series) (USAT)  This event also includes a Relay, ParaTriathlon, Aquabike, and a Duathlon competition!

July 20, 2024, DeWitt Crossroads Triathlon; DeWitt, IA; Start at Killdeer Recreation Area, 2471 330th Ave; Finish Central DeWitt High School, 519 E 11th St, DeWitt, IA   800 am time trial starts ; 500-yard swim, 15.5-mile bike, 4K run.

August 4, 2024, Camp Courageous Sprint Triathlon; is at Camp Courageous;  12007 190th Street, Monticello, IA.  The event returns to the camp for the first time in years, taking it “closer to the cause”. 800 am time trial starts; 400-yard swim, 15.5-mile bike, 4K run. (Heart of America Series)

August 25, 2024, Hero Hustle Sprint Triathlon, Schram Pond, Manchester, IA; 900am wave start; 400yd swim, 16-mile bike ride, and a 5K run to wrap it up.
