Hi Friends and Family, It’s that time of year again for the Sharon's ride.run.walk Sunday April 21, 2024. We will be meeting there at 7:00AM for team Courageous Khloe. Khloe has now had Childhood absence epilepsy for 12 years now. It is currently controlled by medication and we are seizure free. She is thriving in school and in horses and we could not be more proud of her. Come and join team Courageous Khloe and walk with us in honor of people who have epilepsy! It's a fun day! Lunch and water are provided. This year it will be held at Crown Point, Mission Bay Hope everyone can make it and come to support a great cause!!!

Sharon's Ride.Run.Walk San Diego is a 15-mile Bike Ride or 5K Run/Walk that is very important to me. I am raising money to help The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego County so they can provide wraparound support services and programs at no cost to individuals and families affected by epilepsy. Join the movement that brings our community together to educate, spread awareness and make a difference for the people we love who live with epilepsy.
