Honoring Tim’s Memory at This Year’s Lobo Cancer Challenge
This year, I am participating in the Lobo Cancer Challenge in memory of my husband, Tim, who passed away in March 2026 after a long and courageous fight with Stage 4 colorectal cancer. Throughout his journey, he faced every challenge with strength, grace, and deep compassion for others.
In his honor, I am raising funds to support Children’s Cancer Research, a cause that meant so much to him. Tim believed deeply in the importance of advancing research to give children and their families more hope, better treatments, and brighter futures.
Please consider making a donation in Tim’s memory and joining me in supporting this important work through this year’s Lobo Cancer Challenge. Every contribution helps carry forward his passion and create hope for children facing cancer. Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and support.
All of the funds raised by the Challengers support cancer patient care, research, community outreach, or education and training at The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center in Albuquerque.
Participants are called “Challengers” because in addition to completing our own personal Challenge, we challenge cancer together in our efforts on September 26, 2026. Cancer affects us all, so we are “all in” to fight cancer together.
Every single dollar helps me toward my fundraising goal, and it stays right here to help people in our state.
Click the “Donate” button to make a gift today. I truly appreciate your support!
