Refund Policy
All event registrations are non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, entry fees directly support the costs of producing the event and our mission.
In the event that an event must be canceled, participants may be offered the option to defer their registration to a future event. We will make every reasonable effort to hold the event as planned, including adjusting the course and/or modifying event distances if necessary to ensure safety and feasibility.
