Tour de La Porte Refund & Cancellation Policy
All Tour de La Porte registration fees are non-refundable
The Tour de La Porte is scheduled to take place rain or shine. However, the La Porte County Family YMCA reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or shorten any portion of the event if weather conditions, emergencies, public safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond the YMCA's control make it unsafe or impractical to proceed as planned.
Refunds will not be issued if the event, or any portion of the event, is canceled or modified due to severe weather, dangerous conditions, emergencies, acts of God, or other extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the Tour de La Porte and La Porte County Family YMCA.
This policy reflects the significant costs incurred in advance of the event, including participant materials, course support, permits, safety services, supplies, and other event expenses.
