Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting our benefit ride. Because this event is a fundraiser and expenses are incurred in advance—including permits, meals, merchandise, and logistical planning—all registrations are considered final and non-refundable.
The event will take place rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances that require cancellation or modification of the event, registration fees will be treated as a donation to support the mission of the ride and its charitable beneficiaries.
Participants who are unable to attend may:
• Transfer their registration to another rider
• Convert their registration into a tax-deductible donation
• Pick up any included merchandise or materials at Hays Convention and Visitors Bureau within 1 week after the event
