Refund Policy
Participants may request 100% refund (minus original processing fee) until 7/31
Participants may request 66% refund (minus original processing fee) until 8/31
Participants may request 33% refund (minus original processing fee) until 9/14
Processing fees are non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine. We are not responsible for inclement weather or force majeure.
After September 14th, BIKE VIRGINIA will not issue refunds for any reason, including medical. There will be no exceptions.
We strongly recommend that you protect your travel investment with an inexpensive Event insurance policy. You can purchase insurance online during registration, or from any travel agent.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another rider. The new rider may incur a transfer fee. Alternatively, you may convert your registration fees into a tax-deductible donation. BIKE VIRGINIA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
