Refund Policy
The Penguin Waddle Fun Run & Walk is a fundraiser for the Essex County Turtle Back Zoo. All registrations and donations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your registration fee will still directly support the Zoo’s mission of animal care, conservation, and education.
This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme or unsafe weather, organizers reserve the right to cancel for the safety of participants and volunteers. Should cancellation occur, registrations will not be refunded but will still benefit the Zoo.
